Where does BÉIS Travel Europe ship to?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your specific location.
What is your return policy for luggage and bags?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return logistics.
Do BÉIS products come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage collection comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, and zippers. Soft goods and accessories are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
Will my BÉIS Weekender fit in the overhead bin?
The Standard Weekender is designed to fit in most international overhead compartments. However, the Beisics and Mini Weekender models are specifically designed to fit under the seat in front of you on most major airlines.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized European payment options like Klarna and iDEAL.
How do I clean my BÉIS travel gear?
For our hard-shell rollers, we recommend using a gentle cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric bags, spot clean only with a damp cloth and air dry to maintain the integrity of the water-resistant coating.
