Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee applies to all returns, while exchanges are always free of charge.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason to help us improve your future travels.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure your items in their original box, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
